Microsoft Declining lead tech action?

A little late on that MSFT downgrade, telling us something everyone already knows. All those factors cited are most likely already priced in, and the stock is very attractive for those that can weather the storm. WP7 phones have some very cool features, not the least being XBox live. It might also be an OS for tablets at some point. Ballmer should be fired for being as slow as RIMM, that's for sure.
